• "Company", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Corporate Business Consulting Group Limited (Company No. 78675544), a Private Company Limited by Shares incorporated in Hong Kong, with registered office at RM 701, UNIT 108, 7/F, TWR B, NEW MANDARIN PLAZA, 14 SCIENCE MUSEUM RD, TSIM SHA TSUI, HONG KONG.
• "Platform" refers to the KeyCandle web application, mobile applications, APIs, and any related services operated by the Company and accessible at keycandle.com.
• "User", "you" or "your" refers to any natural person or legal entity who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Position" or "Trade" refers to any prediction placed by a User on one or more available market events through the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the digital balance associated with the User's Account, denominated in the Platform's supported currencies.

By accessing, browsing, or using the KeyCandle platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not accept all terms and conditions set forth herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

KeyCandle is a prediction market platform operated by Corporate Business Consulting Group Limited that enables registered Users to take positions on the outcome of OHLC (Open-High-Low-Close) candle events for supported digital assets. The Platform provides:

• A web-based trading interface with real-time OHLC chart visualization and market data
• Market event listings with clearly defined outcomes, multipliers, and settlement rules
• The ability to open, monitor, and settle positions on available market events
• An integrated digital wallet for managing deposits, withdrawals, and account balances
• Copy-trading functionality allowing Users to replicate the positions of other Users, subject to additional terms
• Customer support services accessible via the Platform's support center

To register for and use the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal limitation that would prevent you from doing so
• You are not a resident of, located in, or a citizen of any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable laws or regulations
• You agree to complete all identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures as required by the Company, including but not limited to providing valid government-issued identification, proof of residence, and any additional documentation reasonably requested
• Any funds deposited into your Account are lawfully obtained and are not derived from any illegal or unregulated activity
• You are accessing and using the Platform on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party, unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing

Upon successful registration, you agree to the following obligations regarding your Account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
• You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you
• You must immediately notify the Company at support@keycandle.com of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your Account or any other breach of security
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your Account information updated at all times
• Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts
• Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, lend, or otherwise transfer your Account or any rights therein to any third party

By placing positions through the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Risk Warning: Trading on prediction markets involves substantial financial risk, including the possibility of losing the entire amount of your invested capital. You should not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
• No Guarantees: Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the profitability of any position or trading strategy.
• Transparent Markets: All market events, multipliers, settlement rules, and potential payouts are clearly displayed on the Platform prior to position confirmation.
• Finality of Positions: Once a position is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed. Users are encouraged to review all position details carefully before confirmation.
• Market Resolution: Market outcomes are determined automatically based on verified OHLC data at the close of the selected candle timeframe. Settlements are processed programmatically without manual intervention.
• Authorized Automation Disclosure: The Company may operate authorized system accounts (bots) for internal liquidity management, market integrity, and risk control purposes. These accounts are excluded from public leaderboard rankings, XP systems, rewards programs, referral incentives, and copy-trading metrics.
• No Financial Advice: Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users should consult independent professional advisors before making trading decisions.

The Platform offers copy-trading functionality subject to the following conditions:

• Copy trading allows a User ("Copier") to automatically replicate the positions of another User ("Leader"). The Copier retains full control over their copy-trading settings, including the ability to start, pause, or stop copying at any time.
• Past performance of a Leader does not guarantee future results. Copying another User's positions involves risk, and the Copier may incur losses, including the loss of their entire allocated balance.
• The Company does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the performance of any Leader. Users engage in copy trading at their own risk and discretion.
• Copy-trading may be subject to fees as determined by the Company and displayed on the Platform. Fee structures may be updated from time to time.

The following terms apply to all financial operations on the Platform:

• Deposits are accepted exclusively in the cryptocurrencies supported by the Platform, as listed in the deposit section. The Company reserves the right to add or remove supported currencies at any time.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Company and displayed on the Platform. These thresholds may be updated at the Company's discretion.
• The Company endeavors to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on verification status, network congestion, and security review requirements.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation, identity verification, or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding established thresholds.
• Blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with deposits and withdrawals are borne entirely by the User. The Company may apply platform fees for certain transactions, which will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation.
• The Company reserves the right to reverse or adjust any transaction that was processed in error, resulted from technical malfunction, or is associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity.

All content, software, technology, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the Platform (collectively, "Platform Content") are the exclusive property of Corporate Business Consulting Group Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of the Platform Content is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and/or legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations
• Engaging in market manipulation, collusion, wash trading, or any other activity designed to artificially influence market outcomes or pricing
• Creating, maintaining, or operating multiple accounts, directly or through third parties, nominees, or proxies
• Using unauthorized automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform or circumvent its controls, without prior written authorization from the Company
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform, its servers, or its connected networks
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform
• Impersonating another person, entity, or falsifying any information in connection with your Account or Platform activity
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any geographic restrictions, access controls, or security measures implemented by the Company

The Company reserves the right to take the following actions at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice:

• Temporarily suspend your Account and access to the Platform pending investigation of suspected violations, security concerns, or compliance reviews
• Permanently terminate your Account if you are found to have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other Users
• Withhold, freeze, or forfeit Account balances associated with fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or regulatory requirements
• You may close your Account at any time by contacting support@keycandle.com. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to applicable verification and withdrawal procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corporate Business Consulting Group Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents (collectively, the "Company Parties") shall not be liable for:

• Any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to your trading activity, including but not limited to losses resulting from market positions, price fluctuations, or market events
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, or blockchain network issues
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in market data, price feeds, or other information provided by third-party data sources or service providers
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from sharing your login information with third parties
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations; (c) your negligent or wrongful conduct; or (d) any third-party claims arising from your use of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of such changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR), without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The Platform is operated by Corporate Business Consulting Group Limited (Company No. 78675544), a Private Company Limited by Shares incorporated in Hong Kong, with registered office at RM 701, UNIT 108, 7/F, TWR B, NEW MANDARIN PLAZA, 14 SCIENCE MUSEUM RD, TSIM SHA TSUI, HONG KONG. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their validity, invalidity, breach, or termination, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

The Company is committed to promoting responsible use of the Platform. Users are encouraged to engage with the Platform in a responsible and sustainable manner:

• Users may set voluntary deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their Account settings. The Company encourages all Users to utilize these tools to manage their activity on the Platform.
• Users who believe they may have a problem with compulsive or excessive trading may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support@keycandle.com. During the exclusion period, the User will be unable to access their Account or place any positions.
• The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of eighteen (18). The Company employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm a User's age at any time.
• If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from professional organizations such as GamCare (www.gamcare.org.uk) or Gamblers Anonymous (www.gamblersanonymous.org).

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government actions or sanctions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, blockchain network congestion or failures, exchange or liquidity provider outages, regulatory changes, or any other event that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented. In such circumstances, the Company's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
