We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team and take ownership of critical platform components. You will work on the core trading engine that processes thousands of real-time transactions, design resilient microservice architectures, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver scalable, production-grade systems.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-throughput APIs and microservices using Node.js and TypeScript
- Optimize database performance across PostgreSQL and Redis for low-latency data access
- Implement and enforce security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption
- Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers to define and ship new features

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our platform from concept to delivery. You will own the end-to-end design process — from initial user research and wireframing to polished UI and design systems. This is a hands-on role with direct influence on how hundreds of thousands of users interact with our product.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design process for new features: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
- Create and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and clear documentation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions with real data
- Collaborate daily with engineering and product management to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Define interaction patterns and micro-animations that enhance the overall user experience
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design for web applications
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and auto-layout

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, secure, and scale the infrastructure behind our trading platform. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, automating deployment pipelines, and proactively monitoring system health. This role is critical to our operational reliability and platform performance.
What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployments
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Orchestrate containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
- Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
- Collaborate with development teams on security hardening, performance tuning, and incident response
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route53)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one IaC tool (Terraform preferred)
- Strong Linux system administration skills
- Experience implementing security best practices in cloud environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-availability architectures for financial or real-time systems
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms
- Knowledge of network security, VPN, and firewall management
